HOW IT WORKS:
The Maxi-Cure is a self-backwashing system that automatically
removes the trapped particles within the filter bed and washes
them down the drain. This is accomplished with the electronic
control valve that is mounted on top of the Maxi-Cure. This valve
is controlled by a timer, that on a regular interval, initiates
the backwash cycle that cleans the bed of filtration media and
resets it for the next period of filtration. Our Maxi-Cure includes
a user friendly Digital Control Valve The Highest Quality Control
Valve Available On The Market Today! Nearly All Of Our Competitors
Still Offer An Older Mechanical (dial) Version Of This New Modernized
Control Valve.
The system connects to the well water main
line (after your pressure tank) of your home and filters all
the incoming water to your home. It requires a nearby power outlet
for the control valve.The filtration media used is a mixed blend
of state of the art high capacity filtration media. This blend
of high capacity filtration media is designed for hydrogen sulfide
gas "rotten egg odor", iron and manganese removal.
After the Maxi-Cure has provided all the necessary iron, manganese,
sulfur odor, hard water scale and suspended solid treatment the
water enters the UV Disinfection system. UV light works by attacking the genetic core (DNA)
of bacteria and viruses, such as E.coli and/or coliform bacteria
destroying their ability to function and reproduce. The process
is simple but effective:This system destroys 99.99 percent of
harmful microorganisms without adding chemicals or changing your
water's taste or odor. If your home
relies on a private water supply – whether it is a well,
lake or river – the quality of the water you and your family
drink varies from day to day. Heavy rainfalls or melting snow
can affect its purity. Agricultural run-off and distant sources
of contamination can leach into ground water over time and impact
wells miles away. The simple fact is – water that has been
safe for years will not necessarily be safe tomorrow. Note: There are other UV systems on the market without
NSF Class A Certification and without California Certification.

Treatment - bacteria and viruses. Also, NSF Standard 55 Class
A certification ensures water treated by a TrojanUVMax Pro Series
product is safe. In fact, certain states require UV systems being
installed to be NSF Class A certified.

Maxi-Cure-UV-10 Package

and No Chemicals To Add. The Twin Alternating Maxi-Cure tanks
provide an uninterrupted supply of iron free water as well as
hard water scale prevention to your home or business. The Twin
Alternating Maxi-Cure has two tanks for hard water conditioning
and filtering the iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide gas in
your well water. Water is conditioned and filtered in one tank
while the other is in a standby mode. When the filtering capacity
of the first tank is reached, the system automatically switches
tanks. The first tank is then cleaned. This cycle is repeated
when the second tank reaches its capacity point. Perfect for
the home or business the Twin Alternating Maxi-Cure can treat
up to 25 grains of hardness , up to 10ppm of ferrous and ferric
iron, 8ppm of manganese and 5ppm of h2s. The perfect choice for
high water use households, high iron or where continuous well
water treatment is desired.
