The most common
reason for installing a filter is to improve the taste and odor
of water. Whole house activated carbon filters from RainDance
Water Systems can improve chlorine bad tastes, odor and offer

carbon yields what many believe a sweeter taste. Our customers

systems.
The WH-CARB is a self-backwashing
system that automatically filters chlorine bad tastes, chlorine
odors and sediment within the filter bed and washes them down
the drain. Cleaning the filter bed is accomplished with an electronic
control valve that is mounted on top of the WH-CARB. This valve
is controlled by a timer, that on a regular interval, initiates
the backwash cycle that cleans the bed of filtration media and
resets it for the next period of filtration.
